3D Implant Planning / Navigated Implantology
With us, diagnostics, planning and the placement of implants can be carried out using computer-assisted 3D planning and navigated implantology. This makes the process not only more accurate, but more precisely plannable, and often more tissue-sparing – with a well predictable aesthetic result.
Fixed Teeth in a Day
For patients with an edentulous jaw and jawbone recession, an immediate implant-supported restoration using the 'Fixed Teeth in a Day' method is possible in some cases. This means that placing the artificial tooth roots (the implants) and fitting a fixed provisional dental prosthesis usually happen on just a single day.

Building Up Jawbone
Nowadays, implants are often possible even where, for example due to bone loss, only a small amount of the patient's own bone is present. To achieve this, the jawbone is rebuilt in the relevant areas.
We carry out the following procedures:
- “Sinus lift” (external and internal): Augmentation for low bone height in the side of the upper jaw, by lifting the floor of the maxillary sinus and filling the resulting space.
- Bone spreading and bone splitting: for a jawbone that is too narrow
- Bone block method (alveolar ridge augmentation): inserting pieces of bone where the alveolar ridge or jaw area is too narrow or too flat.
