Good to know
First visit?
Everything new patients need to know – documents, procedure, medical history form – can be found under For new patients and in our appointment checklist.
Statutory or private – you decide
You receive all services covered by the statutory health insurance from us, just as in any other practice. Anything beyond that, such as ceramic instead of metal, navigated implant placement or restorations from our own laboratory, we show you with the price before you decide. The out-of-pocket amounts are listed openly on the page What does what cost?; the billing is explained in GOZ explained.
Languages
We advise in German and English; within the team we also speak Russian and Georgian. This website is available in seven languages; you are welcome to bring someone to your appointment who can translate.
Referring colleagues will find information under For referring practices; companies under Business service.
