I am delighted that you are taking the time to get to know us better and giving us the opportunity to tell you more about ourselves and our practice. As owner of the Zahnkompetenzzentrum Dr. med. dent. M.Sc. STRÖSSNER + TEAM and as a dentist specialising in implantology and periodontology, I would like to give you an insight into my professional career and qualifications.

I, Sandro Strößner, was born in Weißenfels in 1987 and studied dentistry at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, I successfully passed my state examination in dentistry and received my licence to practise as a dentist. My passion for implantology and oral surgery began during my studies and has continued to deepen ever since.

After qualifying, I began my professional career as a dentist at the Zahnarztpraxis am Märchenbrunnen in Weißenfels, where I worked from 2013 to 2017. Since 2017, I have been the owner of the Zahnkompetenzzentrum Dr. med. dent. M.Sc. STRÖSSNER + TEAM, which I run together with my skilled and dedicated colleagues. I have always had a strong interest in continuing education and training, so that I can offer my patients the best possible treatment. From 2020 to 2022, I completed the degree programme in Oral Implantology and Periodontology at Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin, graduating successfully with the academic degree of Master of Science in Oral Implantology and Periodontology. This qualification allows me to offer my patients the latest and most advanced treatment methods in these fields.

In my free time, I enjoy pursuing several hobbies and interests. I'm a keen astrophotographer, photographer and videographer, which lets me express my creative side and capture the beauty of nature and the universe. I'm also very interested in computer technology and always keep up to date with the latest developments. Another major interest of mine is the automotive world, especially the technology and performance behind cars.

I am very happy that, since November 2022, my wife Michelle Strößner and I have had our son Leonardo, and we enjoy every day of our life as a family. It's indescribable, and it adds even more joy and happiness to our lives.

I am confident that my experience, my expertise and my passion for implantology and oral surgery will help you feel safe and well cared for with us – with careful explanation of the opportunities and risks of every treatment. I am constantly working to broaden my knowledge and skills through further training and continuing education, so as to stay up to date with current science and to always be able to treat my patients using the latest technologies and methods.

I look forward to treating you at our Zahnkompetenzzentrum, and I am always happy to answer any questions or hear your suggestions. Our team and I will do our best to make your time at our practice as pleasant as possible. It matters greatly to us that you feel comfortable with us and place your trust in us.

Dear patients, my name is Dr. Ricarda Müller, and I was born in 1987 in Leipzig.

I already knew in primary school that I wanted to become a dentist. Accordingly, I worked with determination towards my Abitur (school-leaving qualification), which I completed in 2006. In the same year, I began studying dentistry at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg.

During my clinical semesters, the practical part of my doctoral research began in oral and maxillofacial surgery. For this, I examined 150 patients who were taking bisphosphonates (medications that inhibit bone breakdown). After successfully completing my studies, I took part in a mission with Dentists Without Borders (Zahnärzte ohne Grenzen) in Mongolia in 2013. There, I learned to treat patients under difficult conditions with severely limited materials and equipment.

I have worked at Zahnkompetenzzentrum Dr. Strößner since January 2020. My main areas of work are general dentistry and paediatric dentistry.

I enjoy spending my free time with my family, ideally out in nature. I also like to keep active with sport, travel whenever I can, and love a relaxed evening barbecue.

I hope this has given you a little insight into who I am, and I look forward to meeting you.

Dear patients, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you a little about myself.

For my studies, I moved to the Baltic coast, to the charming Hanseatic town of Greifswald. I then completed my assistantship in Leipzig, where I worked as an associate dentist.

During these intensive professional years, I completed my doctorate at the same time at the University of Greifswald. This always made it easy for me to stay connected with the university and to keep myself up to date on technical innovations and the current state of knowledge in dentistry.

I'm very glad that, thanks to the outstanding technical facilities at Zahnkompetenzzentrum Dr. Strößner and Team, I can offer my patients state-of-the-art, comfortable dental treatment.

Personally, I place great value on open, respectful interaction between equals. That's why I treat my patients the way I would want to be treated myself.

Outside the dental practice, I most like spending time in the fresh air – for example cycling, paddling, hiking, skiing, or gardening.

Dear patients,

I am delighted that you are interested in our Zahnkompetenzzentrum, where I have proudly and wholeheartedly been responsible for team management since 2019. My name is Michelle Strößner, and I was born in Halle and grew up lovingly in Hohenmölsen. Even in my earliest childhood, I showed a strong interest in medicine. This ultimately led me to train as a medical assistant.

However, after working for several years at an orthopaedic practice in Naumburg an der Saale, I realised that I wanted to develop further and expand my skills. To achieve this goal, I began distance learning to qualify as a practice manager in 2019, which I completed with a grade of 1.2. Since then, I have been managing the organisational side of our Zahnkompetenzzentrum together with Dr. Strößner, overseeing the day-to-day running of the practice.

In dentistry, I have learnt that it should be viewed as a holistic concept. The human body is a complex system in which everything is interconnected. To understand these connections better and to be able to advise my patients even more effectively, I completed further training as a nutrition advisor in 2022. In this role, I place particular importance on focusing on the body as a whole, rather than on a single part of it.

Since November 2022, I have been the mother of a wonderful son, whom Dr. Sandro Strößner and I are lovingly raising in Weißenfels. In my free time, I most enjoy spending time with my two men, our chihuahua and our Persian cat. I am also very creative in the kitchen, and I love singing more than almost anything.

It gives me tremendous pleasure to work alongside so many dedicated colleagues, and I very much look forward to welcoming and advising you in person at our modern Zahnkompetenzzentrum.

Hello, dear patients,

my name is Denise Straube, and I was born in Riesa in 1983. As early as year 2 of primary school, I already knew I wanted to do something in dentistry later on. After several school placements and holiday jobs at what would become my training practice, I began my training as a dental assistant in August 2000.

After 15 years, I then moved on to Meißen, to a practice with a surgical focus. Here, I had the chance to assist for the first time in placing implants and carrying out bone grafts. Fascinated by surgical work, I then went on to work for several years in a practice for oral, maxillofacial and facial surgery.

Now, at the Zahnkompetenzzentrum Dr. Strößner und Team, I can put my knowledge in the field of surgery to full use as an assistant. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, my dogs and tortoises in our garden in summer, and snowboarding in the snow in winter.

Now you've had a small glimpse into who I am. I very much look forward to welcoming you at Zahnkompetenzzentrum Dr. Strößner and Team.

Dear patients, my name is Laura Schilling. I was born in Weißenfels in 1998, and I am employed at the Zahnkompetenzzentrum Dr. Strößner und Team as a dental assistant, responsible for paediatric dentistry.

I realised early on that I wanted to work in the medical field. A placement in a dental practice reinforced this wish. So my career began with training as a dental assistant (Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte). The training took place in a practice in Weißenfels, with vocational college in Halle.

In 2017, I passed my final examination and qualified, and was taken on as a dental assistant at my practice at the time. In 2018, once it was completed, we moved into the new Zahnkompetenzzentrum Dr. Strößner und Team, and we have been working with passion and dedication for our patients ever since.

I quickly realised that I really enjoy working with children, and that there's nothing lovelier than a healthy child's laugh. In 2021, I completed further training as a dental assistant specialising in paediatric dentistry (ZFKiZ), which I passed with flying colours.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

But that's enough about me. I very much hope, and look forward, to welcoming and getting to know you, and especially our young patients, here at the Zahnkompetenzzentrum Dr. Strößner und Team.

Dear patients,

my name is Nadine Müller. I was born in 1988 in Weißenfels.

Eight years before that, I worked as a chambermaid in a hotel in Weißenfels. That's where I discovered that I really enjoyed this kind of work.

I have been working at the Zahnkompetenzzentrum Dr. Strößner und Team since March 2018. Here, I am employed as a service assistant and am responsible for keeping the practice clean. It matters a great deal to me that every patient feels comfortable at our practice. My job is cleaning the treatment rooms, the waiting room and all the other rooms.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family.

Immediacy Center of Excellence

The “Immediacy Center of Excellence” is a programme run by the Straumann Group, a global manufacturer of dental implant systems. Practices can take part if they can demonstrate documented case numbers in immediate implant placement (“Immediacy”), regular further training, and a digital planning and manufacturing workflow using the manufacturer's products. Our practice has been a partner practice in this programme since January 2025. Participation is a manufacturer partnership and not an independent certification.

What “by arrangement” means

On Saturdays we treat by prior arrangement — specifically for matters that need a long, uninterrupted block of time: implant placements, larger surgical procedures, extensive dental prosthetics, treatment under sedation or general anaesthesia, and appointments for patients who travel a longer distance and would like to have everything done in one day.

For short matters — a polish, a check-up, having a filling looked at — we will find an appointment together during the week. That is usually quicker for you as well.
