What you will find here
- One building for everything. Prevention, tooth preservation, implants, dental prosthetics, orthodontics and paediatric dentistry under one roof, plus sedation and general anaesthesia on our own premises.
- A laboratory next door. Crowns, bridges, dentures and surgical guides are made in our in-house master laboratory. The master dental technician checks colour and fit directly at the chair.
- Technology with a purpose. 3D X-ray, navigated implant placement, scan instead of impression, low-radiation digital X-ray and laser have one job with us: fewer impressions, fewer appointments, fewer surprises.
- Time. Opening hours Mon–Thu until 19:30, an initial consultation without treatment for dental anxiety, a consultation room instead of a conversation across the treatment chair.
Statutory or private, you decide
You receive all services covered by the statutory health insurance from us. Anything beyond that, such as ceramic instead of metal, navigated implant placement or restorations from our own laboratory, is charged under the German fee schedule for dentists (GOZ), and we name the out-of-pocket amounts in advance, in writing and openly on our page What does what cost? How an invoice comes about is explained in GOZ explained.
The rooms
Bright treatment rooms with a view of greenery, a calm waiting area, an information room at reception for questions about cost plans and reimbursement, a dedicated surgical room for implant placement and treatments under general anaesthesia. Everything on one level, without steps, with wide doors. A tour in pictures can be found in the photo gallery.
The people
Five dentists, each with their own focus, a prophylaxis team, the dental technicians, the assistants and a reception that has time for you. Who is there for what is set out on the page Our team. How we work is described in the Dr. Strößner principle; what we do outside the practice, on the page Community engagement.
Directions
From Weißenfels you reach us in a few minutes. From Leipzig and Halle it takes about 40 minutes by car via the A9. If you travel further, you can have examination, planning and treatment in one day on request and where possible. Details and routes: Contact and directions, From Leipzig and Halle to us.
