1. Planning before we treat
Every larger treatment begins on screen, not in the chair. You see the plan, the timeframe and the out-of-pocket amount before you decide. What is planned is what is done. If anything changes, you hear it from us, not from the invoice. What this looks like in detail is shown in your treatment roadmap; what it costs is on the page What does what cost?
2. Time as part of the treatment
A first consultation gets time with us. A get-to-know appointment for dental anxiety involves no treatment. We explain every step, and you set the pace, with breaks on request and a stop signal that counts. Those travelling from further away can have examination, planning and treatment in one day if they wish and where possible. After an operation, aftercare reminders on your phone accompany you day by day.
3. Technology with a purpose
3D X-ray, navigated implant placement, scan instead of impression and the in-house laboratory have one purpose: fewer impressions, fewer appointments, fewer surprises. We test new equipment before we use it. Whatever has no measurable benefit for you, we do not acquire.
What this does not mean. No promise of a particular result. Dentistry has its limits, and we tell you where they lie, even if an implant or a crown is then not the right solution.
