Our team member Denise Straube has successfully completed her continuing education in implantology – and is now officially a “Zahnmedizinische Fachassistenz für Implantologie & Implantatprothetik” (dental specialist assistant for implantology and implant prosthetics, ZMFI).
This is not a simple one-day or weekend event, but the “Curriculum” of the largest European professional association in this field: the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Implantologie (DGI, German Society of Implantology). A curriculum is a certified series of individual training courses. In this case, it is structured into five modules and concludes with an examination.
