How the referral works
- Form and images. You give the form to the patient to bring along, or you send it to us by post. We accept X-ray and CBCT data on a data carrier or via our encrypted upload form; please do not send unencrypted e-mail.
- Appointment. Referred patients receive a prompt appointment, pain cases as a rule on the same day. CBCT in-house.
- Planning and feedback. Before the procedure you receive the plan and the cost framework; for implants, the digital 3D plan, which we generally carry out with X-Guide navigation.
- Procedure. On request under sedation or general anaesthesia by the cooperating anaesthesia team on our premises. Ultrasonic surgery, laser and autologous blood concentrate (PRF) are available.
- Report and return referral. After the procedure you receive the report with the follow-up X-ray. The patient returns to you for the prosthetics and aftercare, without exception.
Range of services
- Implantology with 3D planning and X-Guide navigation, including immediate implant placement and the concept Fixed teeth in a day
- Ceramic implants made of zirconia
- Augmentation: external and internal sinus lift, bone spreading and bone splitting, bone block, PRF
- Oral surgery: wisdom teeth, apicectomy, exposure of impacted teeth, tongue and lip ties, crown lengthening, mini-implants
- Surgical periodontitis therapy, implant cleaning for peri-implantitis (GALVOSURGE)
- Cone beam CT (digital volume tomography) on referral, with evaluation of the findings
- Treatment under sedation or general anaesthesia, also for children in coordination with Dr. med. dent. Ricarda Müller, employed dentist with a focus on paediatric dentistry
- Dental technology collaboration via our in-house master laboratory, for example for surgical guides and temporary restorations
Who operates
Dr. med. dent. M.Sc. Sandro Strößner, Master of Science in Oral Implantology and Periodontology (Steinbeis University Berlin with the DGI), member of the DGI since 2019, listed with the Leading Implant Centers, partner practice in the Straumann Group's Immediacy programme, basic and advanced course in sedation and emergency management of the DGI 2026, as well as Dr. Zviad Pholadashvili, employed dentist with a focus on oral surgery.
